Betstudios wanted to get the most of out its first time exhibiting at international gaming industry event, ICE Totally Gaming. It sought an eye-catching custom stand that would raise brand awareness and generate intrigue among attendees.
While the gaming industry software developer has a strong presence in Malta and Italy, it is eager to expand internationally, and saw the global industry exhibition as a great way to engage with a new customer base.
A unique stand design was important as a way to draw in visitors who might not have heard of the company before. Betstudios was also looking to promote its product range, in particular its new Sportsbook offering, so it was essential the stand include space for product displays. While a generally open, welcoming layout complete with space for networking was key, the stand also needed to include private meeting areas for top tier business discussions.
Following extensive research into the look and feel of the Betstudios brand, Freeman designed a black and white coloured stand complete with a wide, triangular shaped entry point. The angular theme continued within the space, from the reception desk in the centre to the high-quality graphics that lined the walls. There were plenty of chairs and tables for casual conversations and two formal meeting rooms, meanwhile kiosks invited visitors to learn about the company’s extensive portfolio.
Freeman met all of our requirements, and the team we dealt with were very professional throughout the entire process. The company provided the perfect balance of top customer service and innovative design expertise.
They presented us with a great stand design — so much so that we decided to go with the first option that was proposed without any changes. This highlighted that the team has a clear understanding of both the Betstudios brand and what were had set out to achieve at ICE. We would definitely work with Freeman again.
Betstudios far exceeded its event objectives at ICE. Not only was the stand bustling with attendees, the team secured over 60 meetings with potential providers and customers, a number of which were converted into sales just two months after the show. This is an impressive number considering it was the brand’s first time exhibiting at the event. The team plan to expand their footprint next year, and will once again look to Freeman to help them achieve their event goals.
